I ordered a few shirts from freshragsfl.com, and two of them weren’t the ones I picked. One of the sizes was wrong too, which made the whole thing frustrating, especially since I was actually looking forward to getting them.
They did reply to my email, but it took longer than I expected, and I still had to go through the hassle of returning stuff. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but the order accuracy could definitely be better. Overall, it just felt...

I’ve ordered from freshragsfl.com a couple of times now, the clothes I got were nice. The quality was good, the styles looked like what I expected, and I didn’t really have any major issues with the actual orders.

The main thing I noticed, though, is that the inventory can be a little frustrating. I’d find something I liked, go to pick my size, and it would already be sold out, especially in the more common sizes. A few items I kept checking on didn’t seem to restock very quickly either.

Overall, I’d still say it’s a decent site and I’d probably shop there again. I just wouldn’t go in expecting every item or size to be available, and I do wish they kept more of the popular stuff in stock.

I mean, overall, it just wasn’t a great experience for me. It kind of felt like way more hassle than it needed to be, i don’t think I’d really go out of my way to use Fresh Rags again...

I tried using the site on my phone and it was a pain. It was hard to navigate, and it felt like the most basic thing I needed, just getting around the site easily—was completely ignored. Frustrating experience overall

I ordered a couple of shirts the shipping took way longer than it should have. The tracking barely updated for days, and the package ended up arriving later than expected. The shirts themselves were fine, so that wasn’t the issue, but the wait was really frustrating. If there’s going to be a delay, the company should communicate better and take some responsibility instead of leaving customers guessing. I’d definitely think twice before ordering again.

I ordered this shirt sometime last month, or maybe it was late the month before, and the shirt itself was totally fine. But the package arrived looking smashed and messy, like it had been tossed around a bit. For what I paid, I was expecting it to show up in better shape.

I had a question about my order and reached out to support. They got back to me faster than I expected and were easy to deal with. It wasn’t totally perfect, but they answered what I needed and helped sort things out.

I tried to exchange a shirt, and I’m convinced it could not have been more of a headache. It took forever just to get a straight answer, and the whole return process felt unnecessarily annoying. by the end of it, I was 100% sure it wasn’t worth the trouble...

The shoes looked alright at first, but the tags and stitching just didn’t seem quite right to me. I asked about whether they were authentic and the response I got was vague, which didn’t really help.

I’m not sure if it was just the one I got or what, but the sizing felt way off. It didn’t fit how I expected at all.

I didn’t think it was worth the price. My brother and I both felt like it was way too pricey for what it actually is...

I mostly paid attention to the style choices, and they were okay overall. Nothing really jumped out as amazing, but they weren’t bad either. I just wish there were a few more options to pick from.

Stopped in and ended up finding what I needed, so that was a plus. The staff seemed chill and the prices were okay, not amazing or anything, but fair enough. Overall, not bad.

I was let down when this arrived. The shirt felt thin and cheap right out of the bag, and then after just one wash the print started cracking already. How is that supposed to hold up? There were loose threads in the stitching too, which didn’t help. For the price, I really expected better. Would I order from here again? Probably not.
